Challenge

After studying the quarterly customer survey, I identified the need to minimize the number of clicks required to set the due date for a task. This is one of the most frequently performed actions on the Pyrus platform

Results

Reduced the number of clicks in one of the most used customer actions by 50% in the app through redesign, resulting in a decreased need for technical support requests

Process

Research & Analysis: Studied analytics and industry trends to identify key user pain points and needs. Gathered information from stakeholders and crucial client managers

Wireframing, Design & Prototyping: Created low-fidelity & high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes, constantly refining them based on hallway testing

UI Kit & Design System: Implemented new components into the UI kit and enhanced the design system through close collaboration with a front-end developer
